Booking

1) Service provider
The provider of the tours is Blue Strada Srl unipersonale, Località Torrent de Maillod, 15 – 11020 Quart AO, hereinafter referred to as “Blue Strada”.
2) Tour contents
Each event includes what is indicated on the page on this website that describes it.
3) Tour confirmation and deposit
A necessary condition for a tour to take place is that on the booking deadline indicated in the event sheet, the minimum number of bookings indicated in the description of the event itself has been reached.
If the event is canceled because the minimum number has not been reached or due to force majeure:
to. the sums paid will be refunded in full within fifteen days after the deadline or from the date of the force majeure event
b. there is no breach of contract on the part of Blue Strada, which therefore is not required to refund you more than you paid.
4) Non-confirmation or withdrawal of the participant
Once the minimum number of bookings indicated in the Tour description has been reached, we send a confirmation via e-mail, in which we indicate the deadline for paying the second deposit, of an amount equal to 30% of the Tour price. If we do not receive payment on the our account within the indicated deadline, you and any travel companion will not participate in the event and will lose the confirmation deposit.
The balance of the cost of the Tour, equal to 40%, must be paid at least 15 days before its start. If we do not receive payment into our account by this deadline, you and any passenger will not attend the event and will forfeit all monies paid.
To withdraw from the event, you must write to info@bluestradatoursitaly.com. In this case, we will act as follows:
to. if you withdraw for any reason after having paid only the confirmation deposit or even the second deposit, you will lose all the sums paid
b. if you withdraw for any reason after having also paid the balance, you will lose the confirmation deposit and the second deposit and we will retain the balance as a confirmation deposit for a subsequent event of your choice
c. if your prospective passenger can no longer participate for any reason, this does not constitute grounds for your withdrawal nor does it entitle you to any refund
d. you can transfer your reservation and/or that of your passenger to others, provided that the transfer is promptly communicated to Blue Strada together with a declaration of acceptance signed by the person taking over, who assumes all your rights and obligations towards Blue Strada.
5) Requirements to participate
By registering for the event, you declare that you do not suffer from pathologies nor do you habitually take drugs, medicines or substances in general, such as to make driving a vehicle potentially dangerous.
If you drive:

to. you must have a valid and suitable category driving license (if you are a non-EU citizen you must also have an international driving license that has not expired)
b. you must be able to confidently drive the vehicle in which you are participating at the speed limits set by the Highway Code and on any type of road, including mountain hairpin bends.
In the event of a non-individual event, you and any passenger must comply with any provisions relating to the Covid 19 pandemic.
6) Your vehicle requirements
Your vehicle must not create problems with security or with the police and in particular it must be:
a. covered by legal liability insurance for the entire duration of the event
b. equipped with approved silencers, not modified nor deprived of their db killer
c. equipped with tires in good condition with tread thickness at least compliant with the law and inflated to the correct pressure
d. equipped with brakes in perfect working order.
7) Obligations during the event
During the tour you are fully responsible for your guide, your possible passenger and the vehicle you drive.
You must always drive in compliance with the Highway Code and pay attention to your own safety, that of other road users and other participants in the event.
You must always respect the instructions given by the Blue Strada Staff for the safety and smooth running of the event.
If you participate by motorbike, you and any passenger must wear at least the following protections every time you are on board:
to. approved full-face or modular helmet
b. Motorcycle jacket with approved shoulder and elbow protectors
c. motorcycle gloves.
8) Limitation of liability
Blue Strada provides a service including only the contents specified in detail on the page describing the tour. Any liability of Safe Riders and each member of its Staff is excluded for:
a. physical harm of any kind suffered by you or your passenger as a result of any driving-related event
b. damage of any kind suffered by your vehicle or your other property or by any passenger as a result of any event relating to driving
c. fines and other fines imposed by the competent authorities against you
d. any damage caused in any circumstances to third parties by you or your passenger.
Furthermore, any liability of Blue Strada resulting from your and any passenger's stay at any accommodation and catering facilities included in the event is excluded.
Any complaints and requests must be received in writing to info@bluestradatoursitaly.com within ten days of the end of the event, beyond which you will no longer be able to make any claims against Blue Strada or its staff members.
9) Expulsion of the participant
The Blue Strada Staff may unquestionably refuse or interrupt your participation in the event at any time:
a. if you do not meet the mandatory personal requirements set out in article 5 of these Registration Conditions;
b. if your motorbike does not fully comply with article 6. of these Registration Conditions;
c. following illness or failure or damage resulting from a collision or fall, such that the event cannot continue in safe conditions;
d. if you violate even only partially or temporarily the behavioral obligations listed in article 7 of these Registration Conditions.
In such cases you will not be entitled to any refund, even partial, of the price paid, nor will you be entitled to participate in another event at a later date.
10) Interruption of the event
The Tour Leader may at his sole discretion modify or interrupt the event before its completion due to any cause of force majeure and in particular if particularly adverse weather conditions make its continuation unsafe, excluding any compensation for the part of the event not carried out.
11) Ownership of photo and video material
By registering, you give us the right to use, without any compensation, photographs and videos depicting you, your possible passenger and your vehicle for educational and advertising purposes.
12) Communications
We will send you all communications to the email address provided at the time of registration and we are not responsible in the event of failure to receive emails or their incorrect processing by your anti-spam system.
13) Exceptional agreements
Any agreements you have made with us in derogation of these Membership Conditions are valid only if confirmed in writing, including via email or messages, by both parties.
14) Competent court
For the resolution of any disputes not regulated by these Registration Conditions, the Court of Rome is competent.
